Capabilities of Top Performing Agents for this Program

 

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year  formal telephone experience, preferably call center related

• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher

• Must be self-directed and self-motivated

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills   

• Able to complete certification within 10 days or less

PC Requirements:
Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel " i " class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better.
64 GB total Hard Drive or higher. 
4 GB of RAM or better

Windows 10 or 11

Currently Recruiting for the upcoming drive which begins one of the months listed:

March, June, August, October, November, and December.

Most agents remain active after initial start

Client requests agents service 20 hours per month, 5 hours Sat and/or Sun

 

 

Starting Pay: $0.25- 0.32 per talk minute based on performance

(Average $11-15 per hour)

 

The job pays $0.25 per talk minute which increases to $0.33 per talk minute based on your productivity. 

 

Average pay is $10.80 per hour (this is a per-talk-minute client), the higher the call volume, the more you are paid
